Quiet Corner Flowers has a self-serve roadside stand where you can go to pick up fresh cut flowers grown by a local female veteran small business owner.  The stand is conveniently located on Route 44 – Mashamoquet Road in Pomfret.  Just look for the FLOWERS signs!

The shop is run by a female veteran, a flower farmer, an entrepreneur, a Mom, a Wife and a Mimi. The flowers will vary depending on the season and are grown on my property just down the road from the flower stand in Pomfret by seeds, corms, tubers, bulbs or plugs. My stand started off as one little table and one handmade sign. My goal is to some day have an actual store location, a place that people can come in and buy local flowers by the stem and also a place to have events like bouquet bars and small events where people can gather and  make their own arrangements but right now I am grateful to have the road side stand.   Please stop by and support a Local Female Veteran Owned Small Business!!
