Situated on a historic 1743 homestead in southeastern Connecticut, our family-owned farm is dedicated to sustainable and humane agriculture. We specialize in raising Texas Longhorns, a breed celebrated for its versatility, gentle nature, and providing one of the healthiest proteins on Earth. Additionally, we raise pastured hens, offering high-quality meat and eggs. In 2025 we are adding our Bounty Boxes, a monthly subscription box, inspired by the seasons from May thru Dec, which features the meats from our farm, eggs, and an array of our own spices, jams, salsas, and sauces. We partner with local growers and producers to include fresh produce, honey, and dairy products. Our aim is to provide a CSA that curates the local area into a box for a complete farm-to-table experience.
