The hosts of Great Day Connecticut interview the owner of Hens on the Hill Farm in South Windham, Connecticut. The farm produces maple syrup and is part of CTVeteran Grown. One of the fascinating facts that comes out of the interview is that, this year, it took the farm 90 gallons of maple sap to produce one gallon of syrup. No wonder it's called liquid gold!
